ThisCussion is a verified social network where user identities are authenticated through reliable methods. The Service enables: • Creating a verified user profile • Publishing and sharing content • Interacting with other verified users • Building professional and personal network connections The unique feature of the Service is that all users are identity-verified, creating a safer and more trustworthy environment.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Registration Requirements
Use of the Service requires:
• Being at least 18 years of age
• Identity verification through an approved method
• Acceptance of these Terms
• Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

3.2 Identity Verification
Your identity is verified using one of the following methods:
• EU eID: European electronic identity
• Bank Verification: Online banking authentication
• Mobile Certificate: Mobile ID authentication (available in Finland)
Verification must be completed before full use of the Service. Your verified identity status will be visible to other users on your profile.

3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs through your account. Do not share your login credentials with third parties. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Advertising

8. Service Availability and Changes

10. Account Termination

10.1 By User

10.2 By Service Provider

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes arising from these Terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki. Consumers also have the right to submit disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).

14. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced with the closest equivalent valid provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding the use of the Service.
